According to Wikipedia, Body Mass Index (BMI) is a statistical measure of body weight based on a person's weight and height. According to ak lak, BMI ni cara ko nak ukur badan ko sihat ke tak.
Ade 4 kategori iaitu;
Underwieght (kurus beno) = less than 18.5
Normal weight (ok la, sihat) = 18.5-24.9
Overweight (gemuk sket) = 25-29.9
Obesity (gemuk cam badak) = BMI of 30 or greater
Obesity (gemuk cam badak) = BMI of 30 or greater
Cara nak kira lak camni;
Ak timbang berat ritu, turun lagi. Dem. So ak kira la BMI ak ni ha.. and jawapannye....
17.3 = Underweight!!!!
Oh, scarryyy...........horrorrrr....
Oh no...patut le lately ak rasa asik lemah je. Camne ni ek...Nampaknye ak kene giatkan usaha untuk mentekedarah lebih banyak lagi.
Tapi ak kene ganti puasa. Bulan 8 lak dah Ramadhan. Cam impossible je nak tambah berat badan.
