Inside me

I'm not happy.
Not today.
Not now.

I can't sleep.
Not now.
Not tonight.

I know this is just another phase, another cycle.
Life is like a wheel they said, you may not always be on top.
And today, I'm down.

O Allah, release me from this pain.
Make me strong again.
Though the pain cannot be seen, it is real and I'm in vain.

These are too much to bear.
I felt alone and lost nowhere.
No one wants to listen, nobody care.
I cry alone, no one to talk to, no one to share.

I know this misery will go away.
Like the other day, I managed to walk away.
But today, it is going to stay.

I'm not happy.
Not tonight.
Not today.
